Rose water is a basic ingredient in Middle Eastern cuisine. This sample seems to be marketed in Turkey and Israel, since the description is offered in both languages plus English. I am not an expert in Turkish-Israeli trade relations but this seems rare to me. The transparent bottle allows to see the intensly pink coloured rose water and follows widespread designs for packaging, greeting cards, children's books, etc. featuring roses, the colour pink and other "romantic" elements.

The rose plays an important role in texts related to the Prophet Muhammad but is not mentioned in the Qur'an.

I encountered this object in a gathering in Berlin and was not able to retrieve its whereabouts.
