Sandwiches consisting of thin, round bread rolled up around falafel, halloumi, or shawarma and various kinds of salad, sauce, and vegetables are omnipresent and a cheap snack in Syria, Lebanon, and neighbouring countries. The long rolls are usually wrapped in a thin paper sheet. These sheets are sometimes covered with interesting patterns, flowers or the shop's logo.
This one is from a little Lebanese chain called "Chaboz Falafel". In Turkey similar printed paper sheets are used for other kinds of food as well.
